The management of environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects, together with the economic factors, become essential for the consistency and long-term success of companies.

At Bradesco, we integrate sustainability into the strategic pillars and incorporate it in our management, mainly by means of a robust governance in an effective set of policies and corporate standards.

Sustainability Strategy

One of our goals is to steadily improve the way we manage factors related to sustainability. We understand that keeping our strategy updated is an important step, in order to quickly respond to the changes that occur in our surroundings.

Keeping in mind the main global challenges and trends on the agenda, we revised the Strategic Planning for Sustainability to intensify our performance on issues that require a transformation in the Organization’s business. As such, we defined 3 key pillars to promote an agenda of change:
