Marcelo de Araújo Noronha

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Banco Bradesco S.A. since November 2023, noted for his professional experience, acquired over more than 38 years in the financial market, 20 of which were dedicated to the Bradesco Organization, where he worked in the areas of Cards, Wholesale, Marketing, and Retail.

At Bradesco, he held various leadership positions throughout his career, including vice presidencies in areas such as Corporate, Bradesco Empresas, Bradesco BBI, International, and Foreign Exchange. He was also responsible for Bradesco Cartões and affiliated payment and payment institution companies, including positions on the Boards of Directors of companies such as Alelo Instituição de Pagamento S.A. and Cielo S.A. – Instituição de Pagamento.

His management style is results-oriented and focused on the continuous pursuit of innovation. He has been recognized for his ability to lead complex projects and for his strategic vision, which has helped strengthen Bradesco’s position in the financial market.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), with a specialization in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), in Financial Institutions Management (Banking) from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP – FGV), and an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from IESE – Instituto de Estudios Empresariales of Universidade de Navarra in Barcelona. He is a certified advisor by Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC).

Cassiano Ricardo Scarpelli

Vice President

Vice President of Banco Bradesco S.A., where he began his career in 1984 as a messenger. Since then, he has dedicated his professional life to the Bank, being elected Officer in 2007, Deputy Executive Officer in 2015, and Vice President in 2018, a position he still holds today.

He has consolidated his career in areas such as: Capital Markets, Budgeting and Control, Shares and Custody, Treasury, and Prime. He currently holds the position of CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Organization, responsible for the Financial Planning and Controllership and Market Relations structure; and concurrently, he acts as CTO (Chief Transformation Officer), responsible for leading the Operational Transformation Office of Banco Bradesco and CIO (Chief Information Officer) on an interim basis.

Graduated in Economics from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas e Administrativas de Osasco (FEAO), he complemented his education with the International Executive Program at Queen’s School of Business – Queen’s Executive Program, in Ontario, Canada.

José Ramos Rocha Neto

Vice President

Vice President of Banco Bradesco S.A. since December 2022, with experience gained at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya in the areas of Trade Finance, Business Development, and Middle Market Platform. He joined Bradesco in 2003, where his solid track record and expertise in Loans and Financing, in addition to his experience in the Operations, Cash Management, and Investments areas, led him to the position of Vice President.

He holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cielo S.A. – Instituição de Pagamento and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco John Deere S.A, in addition to other positions on the Boards of Directors of companies, including Cielo S.A. – Payment Institution, Alelo Payment Institution S.A., Elo Participações LTDA, Elo Serviços S.A. and Livelo S.A. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABECIP – Associação Brasileira das Entidades de Crédito Imobiliário e Poupança, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of FEBRABAN – Federação Brasileira de Bancos, Titular Advisor to the Council of Representatives of CNF – Confederação Nacional das Instituições Financeiras, President of the Distribution Forum of ANBIMA – Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais and Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of CIBRASEC – Companhia Brasileira de Securitização.

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration CEAG from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo (FGV – EAESP). Guilherme Muller Leal

Vice President

Vice President of Banco Bradesco S.A., where he has had a successful career since February 1990, when he began working at Banco de Investimentos Garantia. Over the years, he held various positions in both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in the Corporate Banking area until his transfer to Banco Bradesco S.A. in September 2003. His rise in the organization culminated in 2011 with his election to the position of Officer. After his entire career on the Board of Directors of Banco Bradesco, in February 2024, he was promoted to Vice President.

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Santa Úrsula (USU) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RIO). He participated in the Executive Development program at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC).

He also distinguished himself in international executive programs, including Authentic Leadership and Behavioral Economics at Harvard Business School, the Executive Education Program at New York Trend Consulting, the Wharton Advanced Management Program, Executive Negotiation Workshop at the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, and the Leadership at the Peak Program at the Center for Creative Leadership Staff and Leadership at the Peak Participants, Colorado Springs, USA.

Bruno D’Avila Melo Boetger

Vice President

Executive Vice President of Banco Bradesco S.A. since February 2024. He began his career in 1990 at Citi and Salomon Brothers Inc, where he held positions in New York (USA) and São Paulo (Brazil). In April 2007, he joined the Bradesco Organization through Banco Bradesco BBI as Executive Superintendent, reaching the position of Director in April 2008. In 2011, he became General Manager of the New York Branch (USA).

He brings with him extensive experience in investment banking, acquired throughout his career at renowned financial institutions in Brazil and abroad. His work at Bradesco includes leadership in several strategic areas, mainly in wholesale banking, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and has participated in international executive programs such as: Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, Senior Executive Program at London Business School, and Master in Business Administration at Cornell University.

Roberto de Jesus Paris

Executive Officer

Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A. since 2019, appointed due to his professional experience acquired over more than 38 years in the financial market.

He began his career in the sector in January 1987 at Banco Bradesco S.A., where he worked in the International and Foreign Exchange Area and was Officer of Bradesco Asset Management between 2021 and 2023. He also served as an advisor to companies such as CETIP and Bradesco Europa and was sector Officer of Treasury at Febraban from 2013 to 2021. He is currently responsible for the Treasury, Economic Research, Private Equity, and Venture Capital areas, and is a Officer at Anbima. His career, in various leadership positions, has made significant contributions to the Organization.

Graduated in Administration from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), he holds an Executive MBA in Finance, with an emphasis on Market Finance, from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper) and participated in important international executive programs, such as: Executive Education Program by the Graduate School of Business – Columbia University, New York, USA, in addition to the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification by the CFA Institute, in Virginia, USA.

Oswaldo Tadeu Fernandes

Executive Officer

Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A., responsible for the Bank’s finance areas (Controllership, Accounting, Corporate and Tax, Assets, Purchasing, and Independent Model Assessment).

He has extensive knowledge of tax, accounting, and corporate matters, and has worked in the Bank’s Capital Markets areas as a financial advisor in acquisitions and mergers, in Controllership in relation to budget preparation and investment evaluation, and in Accounting in the preparation of financial statements for the entire Organization.

Graduated in Accounting from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), with two postgraduate degrees and an MBA, including a postgraduate degree in Controllership from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Faculdade de Economia e Administração (FEA/USP), and an MBA in Controllership from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Juliano Ribeiro Marcílio

Executive Officer

Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A. He began his professional career in 1994 at Citibank Brazil in São Paulo. From 2002 to 2012, he worked at UNIBANCO – União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A., Teleperformance Brazil, and Serasa Experian. In November 2013, he joined HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. – Banco Múltiplo as Head of Human Resources, remaining there until October 2016. Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions in companies in the financial market and credit analysis.

In 2016, he was elected Officer, responsible for Human Resources, and served as HR Director at Bradesco Seguros, Latin America’s largest insurance company in the automotive, residential, health, life, capitalization, and pension segments. In August 2023, he was promoted to Executive Officer.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), with a specialization in Banking & Financial Services Program from the University of Michigan – Executive Business School. He has also participated in important international executive programs, such as: General Management Program at Harvard Business School, General Management Renewal at Harvard Business School in Shanghai, China, and AMP – Advanced Management Program at ISE/IESE – Business School through the University of Navarra.

André Luís Duarte de Oliveira

Executive Officer

Executive with 30 years of experience in the financial market, with extensive knowledge in the areas of credit, data, machine learning, AI, and risk. He joined Banco Bradesco in May 2019 as Officer responsible for the CRM and Data Intelligence areas. In March 2024, he assumed responsibility for the Credit Business Unit as Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (POLI-USP) and an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Illinois, United States.

Cíntia Scovine Barcelos de Souza

Executive Officer

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Officer of Technology at Banco Bradesco since February 2024, responsible for architecture, infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence. Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Bradesco Europa and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kunumi.

A technology executive with over 32 years of experience leading teams in search of innovative and creative solutions, she has in-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, as well as resilient solution architecture and infrastructure technologies.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electronics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), she completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard, holds an MBA in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (IBMEC Rio) and in Cloud Engineering & Architecture from Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista (FIAP). She has an extension course in Software Projects in UML from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RIO) and has participated in important international executive programs as: Directing Innovation at Smith College and Leadership at the Peak at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In addition, she is currently enrolled in the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women at Saint Paul.

She was CTO (Chief Technology Officer) at International Business Machines Corp (IBM) for financial markets and the first woman to be recognized as a Distinguished Engineer in Latin America.

Fernando Freiberger

Executive Officer

Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A., where he leads the Ultra Corporate Segment, Bradesco Payments, and Banking as a Service. He began his career in the banking sector in 1993 at BankBoston and has held prominent positions, including Executive Officer – Head of Commercial Banking at HSBC Bank Brasil.

He has over 30 years of experience in the banking sector and more than 20 years in team management, always focusing on solutions, both commercial banking and investment banking for corporate clients.

Graduated in Economics from Faculdade Católica de Administração e Economia (FAE) in Curitiba/PR, he honed his skills through various courses in Brazil and abroad, especially the Credit Analyst Program, a long-term training course (6 months) at BankBoston in Boston (USA).

José Augusto Ramalho Miranda

Executive Officer

Executive Officer at Bradesco, overseeing the Bradesco Global Private Bank, Bradesco Principal, Bradesco Investimentos, Bradesco Bank, and Bradesco Europa divisions.

With more than 25 years of experience in the local and international financial markets, he consolidated his career with a strong focus on wealth management and investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and has completed executive education programs at prestigious international institutions, including Harvard Business School (HPLP), NYU Stern (Leadership Developing Skills), ISE/IESE (PMD), the Center for Creative Leadership (LAP), and Stanford University (SEP).

He serves on the board position at Tivio Capital and is a member of YPO.

Marcos Valério Tescarolo

Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A., responsible for the following areas: Branch Network Management, Customer Service and Operations Management, Prime Platform, Bradesco Consórcios, Banco Bradesco Financiamentos, Regional Management for the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul, Public Sector Department, and Bradesco Expresso.

With over 41 years of experience in the financial market, he has extensive experience acquired throughout his career, where he has been responsible for managing the branch network, leadership of bank acquisition processes, business management, planning, expansion, restructuring and incorporation of branches, administrative and audit processes, compliance with regulatory agencies, implementation of new technologies, among others. He also worked on the Bank’s segmentation process, contributing to the creation of the following segments: Corporate, Companies, Private, Prime, in addition to the processes of creating Regional Management and Boards. He is an executive with extensive experience in the areas of Retail Banking, Consortiums, card ecosystems and payment methods in Brazil and Mexico, Agribusiness, and Banking Correspondents. In 2010, he was assigned to take on a project in Mexico when C&A Mexico’s card operations were acquired, and he greatly expanded the operation in that country. Upon his return to Brazil in 2017, he was Officer responsible for Bradesco Consórcios, Bradesco Cartões, Bradescard Brasil, and Mexico. In August 2023, he took over as Officer of the Retail Network, and in March 2024, he was elected Executive Officer.

Renata Geiser Mantarro

Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A., with expertise in the financial industry, in the areas of Internal Audit, IT Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Basel II, among others. She works in the centralized management of Audit, Consulting, Inspection, Specific Examinations, Monitoring and Training within the Bradesco Organization, reporting to the Board of Directors.

In her 42 years at the Organization, she has demonstrated expertise in several areas, including systems analysis and development. She worked for 4 years in the Overseas Units and held the positions of Executive Superintendent of IT Audit and Business (Brazil and Abroad), Administrative Director of Banco Bradesco de Investimentos (BBI), Compliance Officer and IT Governance Officer.

Graduated in Literature – Full Degree and Literature – Qualifications as Translator and Interpreter, both from Faculdade Ibero-Americana. Vinicius Urias Favarão

With over 30 years of experience in the financial market, he worked in corporate client management, in the direct consumer credit, cards and payment methods segment. He was responsible for the operation of the American Express Establishment Network in Brazil after its acquisition by Bradesco, and was Product Officer at Bradesco Cartões, managing the Visa, Elo, Mastercard and Amex portfolios. He took over Bradesco Promotora in 2013 and, in 2017, became head of operations at Bradesco Cartões. In early 2021, he took over the operation of Bradesco Financiamentos, an operation focused on financing for the acquisition of light and heavy vehicles. He serves on the Boards of Directors, Executive Boards and Committees of companies such as Cielo S.A., Alelo S.A. Livelo S.A and Elo Serviços.

Responsible for the areas of People, Culture & Performance and Sustainability areas, she has expertise in strategic projects in the financial services segment and human capital management, having worked in renowned companies such as: Booz-Allen Hamilton Inc., Kearney Consultoria de Gestão Empresarial Ltda., Banco ABN Amro Real S.A., Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., Egon Zehnder International Ltda. and Advent International Ltda.

Executive with more than 35 years of professional experience in multinational consulting and financial institutions, she is recognized for her strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of the financial market. She has experience in leading organizational transformations and stands out as an agent of change. Her personal resilience, ability to mobilize and competence in serving clients are valued qualities.

She has a degree in production engineering from the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (Poli-USP) and an MBA from the Universidade de Chicago. She is also certified as a coach by the Instituto Ecosocial and has a postgraduate in psychoanalysis from the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP). She is also certified as a Board Member from Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC).

Túlio Xavier de Oliveira

Executive Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A. since April 2024, responsible for Digital Retail. An experienced executive in the financial services and digital market sector, he has built a solid career in the market. His experience includes several executive positions in renowned companies, including Itaú Unibanco, PayPal and Mercado Pago.

Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation, being recognized for his in-depth knowledge of the financial market and his leadership skills in executing strategic plans and implementing business initiatives.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), he also has an MBA in Strategic Management, Economics and Finance from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (The University of Chicago – Booth School of Business), in the United States.

Francesco Di Marcello

Executive Officer

Chief Information Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Experience Officer and Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A. since August 2024, he works with the team responsible for the organization’s digital transformations, with the responsibility of promoting change and increasing agility and efficiency at the bank.

His experience in the areas of Digital Transformation & Agile Service Line in Multinationals and with a solid career in the national and international market, covers several executive positions in renowned Multinationals, including McKinsey & Company, where he served as Lead Partner in the Agile and Digital Transformation and Agile service lines in Brazil and international markets, in addition to Optima Group and Accenture. He has participated in digital transformation projects in several companies in Brazil and abroad.

Júlio Cesar Bueno

Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Executive Officer joined Banco Bradesco S.A. in July 2025. Widely recognized for his extensive experience and leadership in the legal field, he brings a strong professional background to support the bank’s governance and strategic initiatives.

With 35 years of national and international experience in complex litigation, Júlio built a distinguished career at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, where he began as an intern in 1989 and rose to become Partner and Head of the Litigation Department. Throughout his journey, he led legal strategies in high-stakes disputes, arbitration, mediation, and infrastructure and government contracts. His expertise also spans regulatory compliance, corporate governance, banking law, and consumer protection. His work is marked by strategic vision, leadership, and deep technical mastery. He has held prominent roles including President of the Executive Board of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), Co-chair of the International Construction Projects Committee (ICP), and Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the International Academy of Construction Lawyers (FIACL) and Vice President of Latin American & Caribbean Users’ Courncil da London Court of Internacional Arbitration (LCIA).

He holds a Law degree and a PhD in Civil Procedure from the University of São Paulo (USP), and earned his Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.

Alexandre Panico

Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A. since 2025. He has extensive experience in the financial market, with over three decades working at national and international institutions. In October 2016, he joined Banco Bradesco S.A. as Superintendent of Bradesco Corporate and, in 2019, was elected Officer. In 2020, he took over as Officer of the Bradesco Corporate Department. In December 2025, he was promoted to Executive Officer. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Fundação Bradesco.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Escola de Administração da Universidade São Francisco (USF), with additional training in People Management from Insper, a specialization in Corporate Banking from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and training in Credit and Cash Flow from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

Carlos Henrique Villela Pedras

Executive Officer

Executive Officer at Banco Bradesco S.A. since December 2025. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking, structured finance, and relationships with large companies.

He joined Banco Bradesco in 2004 and, throughout his career, has held leadership positions in different areas and regions of the country. He was Officer of Large Corporate throughout 2025 and Officer of Ultra Corporate between 2019 and 2024, in addition to the positions of Regional Corporate Officer in the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and Executive Superintendent of Corporate in the Southern Region.

Before joining Bradesco, he served as a senior officer at Banco Itaú and BBVA. He is an economist with a master’s degree in Financial Economics from Boston University, a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Program for Management Development – PMD from IESE Business School; and Leadership at the Peak (LAP) – Center for Creative Leadership.

During his 23 years at Bradesco, he has held several positions. He was executive Superintendent and Chief Economist, as well as responsible for the credit and equity research areas of Bradesco Asset Management (2011-2016), Deputy Chief Economist at the Bank’s Economics Department (2008-2011), Chief Economist at Bradesco BBI (2007-2008) and Senior Economist at Bradesco from 2003 to 2007.

He has more than 27 years of experience in economic analysis and has articles published in magazines, newspapers and books in Brazil and abroad. With more than 27 years of experience in the financial sector, Leandro José Diniz built a solid career within the Bradesco Organization, which began in 1997 when he joined Banco BCN S.A. as Manager—an institution acquired by Banco Bradesco S.A. in the same year. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, standing out for his leadership, management capabilities, and strategic vision.

Throughout his career, he served as Regional Manager, was promoted to Executive Superintendent in 2011, and elected Regional Officer in 2012. In 2016, he became an Officer at Bradesco Administradora de Consórcios Ltda., returning to Bradesco in 2017 as a Department Officer, where he continues to contribute to strengthening the Bank’s Retail segment. In March 2024, he was re-elected as the Officer responsible for this segment.
