Guidelines

The management of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects is essential for ensuring our sustainability and the long-term success of our organization. Guided by our PRSAC (Social, Environmental, and Climate Responsibility), we integrate ESG matters into the analysis and management of risks and opportunities in our operations. We rely on a series of comprehensive guidelines that reinforce our commitment to sustainability and guide our actions.

Voluntary Commitments

At Bradesco, we adhere to several prominent global initiatives focused on addressing the key challenges for sustainable development. These partnerships strengthen our sustainability strategy and contribute to collective progress with other companies and sectors in Brazil.

ESG Performance

Our management approach to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors is consistently rated above the average by the main sustainability indices and ESG rating agencies, both in Brazil and abroad. These recognitions reinforce our commitment to creating value in the long term for our investors and stakeholders.

We have been selected for B3’s Diversity Index, launched in August 2023, which evaluates and recognizes the companies that stood out in promoting gender and race diversity.

We are part of the new 2025 portfolio of B3’s Efficient Carbon Index, which evaluates and recognizes commitment to greenhouse gas (GHG) emission efficiency and the adoption of management practices, helping to advance the transition to a low-carbon economy.

For the tenth consecutive year, we have been part of “The Sustainability Yearbook”, an S&P Global publication that recognizes companies for their strong performance in the area of corporate sustainability within their respective sectors. In order to be included in the yearbook, members must achieve a minimum score in the CSA while also ranking within the top 15% of the industry’s best performers, with a score up to 30% lower than that of the industry leader.

For the 19th consecutive year, we have been selected to be part of the global and emerging markets portfolios of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), ranking among the banks with the best ESG performance.

For the 20th time in a row, we have been selected for the portfolio of B3’s Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE).

We are part of the 2023 CDP Index, with a score of A-, which represents Leadership level, higher than the regional average for South America and the average for the financial services sector.
