In the last three years, Bradesco added 4,110 collaborators from three institutions acquired in the period: Banco do Estado do Ceará (BEC), American Express do Brasil, and Banco Mercantil de Crédito (BMC). An intense work for the integration of these teams was done, and several areas participated in it. The Organization's philosophy and culture, benefits and work conditions were introduced to the new collaborators, as an attempt to promote, without distinction, the best adaptation for them.
In December 2007, Bradesco counted on 82,773 employees, including the group of subsidiaries.
