Sustainability View:

• Develop new social-environmental products.
• Increase the participation of employees in courses and trainings which address social-environmental topics.
• Participate in the sixth edition of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP-6).

Economic Performance:

• Grow organically, keeping an eye on possible acquisitions and partnerships, always committed with quality of service and security of products and services, striving for constant improvement of the Operating Efficiency Index.
• Identify and evaluate the risks inherent to the activities, applying appropriate controls and acceptable levels to the operations.
• Partnership with the capital market, doing businesses with total transparency, ethics and appropriate remuneration of investors.

Stockholders and Investors:

• Continual improvement of the press release and quarterly presentation to the market.
• Finding new markets, in Brazil and overseas, for Bradesco's presentations.
• Bradesco Day (London and New York).
• Creation of events focusing on individual investors.
• Segmentation of the website (corporate and individuals).
• Presentations to departments, associated companies and regional offices of the Organization.
• Bradesco Open Day, in Brazil.

Clients:

• ISO 9001 certificate for the entire Ombudsman division.
• Have at least one employee trained to use the Libras language in each Branch.
• Qualify employees so as to reduce the volume of client complaints.
• Remain out of the Central Bank's ranking during the whole year.

Internal Public:

• Improve the actions of the Employees' Quality of Life Program.
• Periodically send brochures to all employees, addressing several topics relating to sustainability, such as global warming, credit and consumption awareness, pollution, deforestation and quality of life.
• Implement a new video transmission system on the Branches Network, departments and associated companies, replacing the current one (which uses VHS and DVD), as an attempt to make the dissemination of information to employees more agile.
• Elaborate multimedia courses (e-learning), approaching Sustainability and Corporate Ethics topics.
• Develop an internal communication campaign on Ethics.
• Distribute the Ethical Conduct DVD (with subtitles in English) for employees of the Organization's units located overseas.

Suppliers:

• Expand the communication channels with suppliers.
• Adopt actions, based on the best market practices, which improve the management of suppliers.

Community:

• Organize the Second Bradesco Volunteers' Social Marathon, expanding the activities to Cidade de Deus, to the other administrative units in São Paulo, and all entities included in the program.
• Bradesco and Fundação Bradesco's goal is to gradually extend the Educa+Ação Project to other regions in the country, through the Bank's Branches Network, the Foundation's schools and other partnerships.

Government and Society:

• Revise the Corporate Code of Ethics and the Sector Code of Ethics.
• Update the Know Your Client and Know Your Employee policies.

Environment:

• Reduce by 10% the Organization's electric power consumption
• Offset the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated by the Bank in 2007, including the different administrative units and the Network of over 3 thousand Branches throughout the country.
• Build Bradesco's first environmentally sustainable Branch.
• Implement a remote control system for UPS devices, so as make the use of power at the Branches more rational.
• Expand the storm water collection and storage capacity for the watering of plants and gardens.
• Increase the percentage of storage media (tapes, films and CDs) disposed of in a safe way.
• Support the Elvira Guarda Mascarim Center for Seedling Production and Environmental Education, located in Piracicaba (São Paulo), which will supply part of the 250 thousand seedlings which will go to projects to offset the GHG emissions of Bradesco Organization.

Finasa Esportes:

• Build the Finasa Sports Center, in an area granted by the town government of Osasco to the program for 30 years. Resources invested in this project will amount to R$12 million.
